BZSUPPORT:stencil-et.h and gcc2.95

Hi!

Is there any programming pro out there that knows how to modify the file
stencil-et.h
so that it compiles without (20 pages of) warnings with the picky gcc
2.95.1 compiler ?

There seems to be some typename<=>class problem.

(Sorry if this has been mentioned on the list before.)
